About Evangelist Gerry Thompson
A life transformed through faith, music, and testimony — from Jamaica to the world stage.
Leading with Truth. Inspiring Lives.
Gerald "Gerry" Thompson immigrated from Jamaica to Canada at age eleven and struggled with culture shock throughout his youth and into adulthood. His life changed dramatically after a chance encounter at a tent revival on Ivy Lane, Orlando, Florida.
Today he is the Founder, CEO & President of Vision of Truth Outreach Ministries, and Host of Vision of Truth TV, serving audiences around the world from Ontario, Canada.
With over 200 songs and 12 albums spanning Gospel, Country, Spirituals, Reggae, Calypso, and Blues, Evangelist Thompson has appeared on international television, in the film John Q with Denzel Washington, and on BET with Bobby Jones.
He has shared the stage with Morris Cerullo, Reinhard Bonnke, and other international ministers, and has been invited as a guest to the UK Parliament and the White House.
